Powder brows is essentially “shading” but with a soft pixelated effect that gives a soft fluffy finish. My technique is achieved through overlapping layers of pixels to create a seamless blended look. Clients who are used to filling in their brows daily love this look because it is a similar effect produced by their make-up.
